A medal inspired by Our Lady of the Pillar, one of the oldest Marian devotions in Christian tradition and a symbol of strength, faith, and protection.
According to tradition, the Virgin Mary appeared to Saint James the Apostle on the banks of the Ebro River in Zaragoza, standing upon a pillar, to encourage and strengthen him in his evangelizing mission. Since then, the Pillar has come to symbolize a steadfast faith that sustains us even through the most difficult moments.
In this medal, Mary stands upon the Pillar, crowned and surrounded by rays of light, while two cherubs accompany her image.
Crafted in 950 silver, with organic, irregular edges and an antique-inspired finish, each piece preserves the distinctive character and traces of artisanal craftsmanship.
